Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy - Appointment Scheduling: Clients can book Soulful healing therapy sessions via our online booking system, phone, or email. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. -Initial Consultation: New clients are required to complete an initial consultation form prior to their first session (which is emailed). This form must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. -Payment: Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept credit/debit cards, online transfers, and other major payment methods. Cancellation Policy -Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. -No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. After two no-shows, clients may be required to pre-pay for future sessions. -Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the case of a genuine emergency, the cancellation fee may be waived at the therapist's discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible.
