A woman, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a wife, an energy healer, a sun lover, a friend, a wisdom-seeker, a wildheart, a human, an energy, a light.

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to the spiritual, to the connection between mind and body, to movement, to consciousness, to truly listening to others and understanding them - and through that, understanding myself. I found myself immersed in Reiki, sound healing, and mind and body retreats already as a teenager.

In my early twenties, I opened my own Pilates studio, where I taught pilates and offered Sound Healing sessions. I absolutely loved it, especially the one-on-one sessions. These moments allowed me to deeply connect with others, helping them realign, focus, and reconnect with their true essence.

Becoming a mother added a new dimension to my understanding of healing, as I sought the best for both my family and myself. Through extensive exploration, study, and practice of various healing methods, I discovered remarkable tools and techniques. As a result, issues such as allergies, eczema, injuries, flu-like illnesses, migraines, digestive troubles, emotional imbalances, spiritual disconnection and many others became less and less common in our lives.

To this day, I remain authentic to my nature and keep my unique approach to healing. I firmly believe healing can happen in many ways, shapes and forms - through light, sound, frequency, nourishment, movement or pure presence. It's about the authentic relationship which we co-create when the field of transformative healing possibilities opens up.
